We will replace some of the light fixtures and water faucets that are in the house. Nature gas heaters for the house will need to be purchase by the buyer and should cost around $1,500.00 or less; and a window air-condition unit will need to be purchased. Talking with local business people in the area of the house, I was informed investing $10,000.00 or less on a few additions toward the house; such as painting the interior and exterior, adding new carpet, vinyl flooring and installing central heating and air would bring the house on re-sale in the high forties to mid fifties.
